Elephant Outlook support services provides real time Remote Desktop Assistance to share your computer screen and help troubleshoot technical issues.
- If you received a Session Key from a Customer Service Representative, please enter the session key below and press "Submit" otherwise the remote desktop application will begin downloading if you were provided a special session link.
- Click OPEN or RUN after the application downloads and follow the online instructions.
- If you have a personal firewall, "Always allow" any connection attempts the software may be making.
If you have issues connecting, no one answers after a few minutes, or your outside of the session period, please reply back to your case for help.
